1. Nature of services

Xpan Global LLC is a digital banking and financial technology provider based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Xpan is not itself a bank. Fiat banking and payment services are delivered through licensed partner financial institutions and payment service providers, and digital asset services are provided by Xpan together with its custody partners.

References to "banking" describe the digital banking experience we provide in partnership with regulated institutions and do not imply that Xpan holds a banking licence in its own name.

2. How client funds are held

Fiat balances are held with our licensed partner banks and payment institutions in segregated or safeguarded client accounts, kept separate from Xpan's own operating funds in line with the requirements applicable to our partners.

The United Arab Emirates does not operate a general government deposit-insurance scheme of the kind found in some other jurisdictions. Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific product, client balances are not covered by any government deposit-insurance or investor-compensation scheme. Safeguarding arrangements reduce but do not eliminate all risk, including risk arising from the failure of a partner institution.

3. Digital asset risk

Digital assets, including stablecoins, are not legal tender, are not backed by any government, and are not covered by any deposit-insurance or investor-compensation scheme. Their value can be volatile and you may lose the entire value of your holdings. Onchain transactions are generally irreversible.

• Stablecoins may de-peg and are subject to issuer and reserve risk.
• Yield products carry risk and returns are not guaranteed.
• Self-custody places full responsibility for key management with you.

4. No investment advice

Nothing in the Services constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Advertised rates such as APY are indicative, variable, may change, and are not guarantees of future returns. You should consult your own advisors before making financial decisions.

5. Service availability

Products and features are offered only where permitted by applicable law and may not be available in all jurisdictions. We may restrict or decline service to residents of certain countries in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
